I hope you had a wonderful weekend whether or not you celebrate Thanksgiving. I spent mine with my family and it was really nice to see them all again. The year is almost over, hopefully that means good things are ahead.

Speaking of good things, Divine Blood reached best seller in three categories over the weekend! Thank you, everyone who purchased a copy and helped my book baby climb up the ranks. I may have woken up my household screaming when I saw the notification. I even ranked second place next to Holly Black, and that was truly an honor because you know how much I admire her. *happy tears*

Did you take part in NaNoWriMo this month? I did so I could buckle down on Bonded Fate. I made a schedule and weekly goals. I was on a roll too and made headway on my second book, but then life and work happened. I didn’t reach my goal, but I did write 20k words. My manuscript is up to 110k words. I am getting close to finishing the first draft before it goes to my editor in January!

I don’t want to rush this book the way I did with Divine Blood, so I want to take my time and give my readers the best books I can give. Many have asked me for the official release date, but that is still up in the air which is why Bonded Fate has not gone up for pre-order. I won’t do that until I have a release date. Right now it’s projected for December 2021, but maaaaayyyybe I’ll release in June 2021. Cross your fingers!
